As it is hand-piped individually, we seek your understanding that it will be done on a best-effort basis, based on chef's discretion. Any disputes with regards to this (e.g., piping size, fonts, colour etc) will not be entertained since it is done out of goodwill. You can choose not to opt in for this service, or order a gift card for messaging.
