 • Prepare & produce cake sponge, fillings, buttercream & other desserts.
 • Discuss and develop new products & flavours.
 • Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products on hand & ensures the proper storage and refrigeration.
 • Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of your work station everyday.


 • At least one year experience in commercial kitchen.
 • Posses knowledge of baking techniques.
 • Posses problem solving skills.
 • Self motivated & responsible in your job scope.
 • Maintain high standard of work ethics.
 • Able to work in team.
 • Able to work in a fast paced environment

Temptation Cakes welcome current students to join & finish their education as interns with us. As hands on as it gets, from the daily operations such as answering the customers’ inquiries to the order processing in the kitchen and lastly the logistics; our interns will get to fully experience what it is like to work in a fast paced commercial kitchen. At the end of your internship, you will equipped with skills and confidence that you’ll need to succeed in your future pastry career.



 • Assist in the production of cake sponge & other desserts
 • Assist in crumb coating & frosting of cakes
 • Assist in basic fondant modeling
 • Ensure good hygiene and food safety standard
